The staff was amazingly helpful. They bumped the rating by a full point.
Our room was fine, but our bathroom has mold/mildew issues. Everything else was great, but that made it hard to increase the rating.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff but a bit too cramped.
Good location, friendly staff. Interesting decor, like being on a cruise ship.
Well like a cruise ship the rooms were very small, if you have two suitcases, forget it. The entrance was inconvenient. When you arrive, you have to take a small elevator to the first floor to check in.

Great stay - good value for money.
Great location, awesome staff, and really good value for money. Also quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep despite being close to centre and beach.
Could do with a little renovation, but that said bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great - especially hot food options.
